Here's where the cairns mark the start of the "UPS route" into South Canyon. Immediately below is South Canyon. Glimpses of the Colorado and it's twists and turns makes this one of the most scenic trailheads I can remember. It belies the toughness of getting from this point down to the bed of South Canyon on this route!
